Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. In the vast majority of cases, completed orders are packaged and shipped within 2 business days (things might be a little slower if we are in the middle of a 10-day residential program!)
Shipping will be via the U.S. Postal system or the United Parcel Service (UPS), depending on which is the least expensive for the customer. Depending on your location, the shipping/receiving time period may take up to 14 days.
All sales are final. In the event of a defective product (and depending on which product it is), the customer will be instructed to return the product to us or to the manufacturer for a complete replacement.
Please note that shipping prices calculated in the shopping cart reflect domestic rates. If you are receiving an order internationally, you will be contacted regarding the additional shipping charges.
